Health and Well-Being: Sustainable Lifestyle
Sustainable Living, Wellness Education for All,
Health and Well-Being: Sustainable Lifestyle is a course designed to build understanding of sustainable living through eco-friendly habits, sustainable nutrition, and green technologies. It connects these practices to physical and mental health, strengthening student knowledge in wellness. The course promotes a holistic, sustainable lifestyle that positively impacts healthcare outcomes. Our Open Education for a Better World (OE4BW) project addresses educational gaps by offering accessible and flexible learning resources for undergraduate, postgraduate students, and the general public. The project focuses on key areas: understanding sustainable living principles, their effect on health, and building practical skills to maintain healthy, eco-conscious lifestyles. It highlights the link between physical, mental, and environmental health. By empowering educators with innovative strategies, the project aims to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes. Ultimately, it contributes to a more informed society and a stronger, more sustainable healthcare system.
