Hi,
Even though it describes characteristics of people, these characteristics are measured using numerical scores, which is the hallmark of quantitative methodology, especially if your questionnaire contains closed-ended questions.
If your study includes:
Open-ended questions with narrative or descriptive responses (qualitative),
and statistical questions with numeric scoring (quantitative), then it becomes a mixed methods study.
